Telluride Ski & Golf Resort, Colorado
Description
Telluride Ski & Golf Resort occupies a singular position in Colorado skiing — a high-alpine mountain above a storied mining town, accessible by a free gondola that makes the resort and community genuinely connected. The resort rises to over 13,000 feet at its highest point, delivering sustained vertical and excellent snow quality across a wide range of terrain.
Beginner and early-intermediate terrain is welcoming, with runs like Nellie, Ute Park, and Double Cabins giving newcomers a comfortable start. The intermediate network spans much of the mountain, with popular routes including See Forever — a long, winding trail with some of the most memorable views in Colorado skiing — along with Ophir Loop, Polar Queen, Gold Rush, Cake Walk, and Marmot. Expert and advanced terrain includes The Plunge, Kant-Mak-M, Happy Thought, East Drain, Wild Ride, Pillows, and the challenging Gold Hill zones at the mountain’s eastern boundary.
The Mountain Village base area connects to the town of Telluride via the free Market Plaza Gondola. Navigate the full mountain with the Telluride Mountain Map app, your companion for interactive trail maps and real-time lift status.
