Deer Valley, Utah
Description
Deer Valley Resort occupies the hills above Park City, Utah, part of the Wasatch Front's world-class ski corridor. The resort has built its reputation on a clear commitment: skiing done well. Grooming is exceptional — runs are smooth and consistent each morning. Ski valet, limited daily ticket sales, and attentive on-mountain service round out an experience that prioritizes quality over quantity.
The resort spans six mountain areas: Snow Park, Silver Lake, Flagstaff, Empire Canyon, Lady Morgan Bowl, and Ontario. Beginner terrain is spread throughout, with accessible runs like Birdseye, Trainer, Lucky Jack, and the rolling beginner areas near the base. The intermediate trail network is the heart of the mountain — Nabob, Wizard, Legal Tender, Keno, Tycoon, Roamer, Solid Muldoon, Stein's Way, Sultan Connection, and many more provide long, varied, beautifully maintained descents. Expert terrain includes the Daly Bowl chutes, Ontario Bowl, Empire Bowl, Mayflower Bowl, Mayflower Chutes, Lady Morgan Bowl, and gladed terrain throughout Empire Canyon.
On-mountain, the Snow Park Lodge, Silver Lake Lodge, and Founders Place provide dining and rest. Navigate the full resort with the Deer Valley Mountain Map app, your companion for interactive trail maps and real-time lift status.
